Richard Bright (Non-Executive Director)
Richard originally studied a Business, Finance and Management degree and has been involved in building the Selwood company, a mechanical manufacturing and construction hire company which operates in the UK and International and has held various business development, management and strategy positions. He has been part of Selwood for several years and subsequently became a Non-Executive Director of the Selwood Group Board and is involved with other NED roles and investment opportunities. Has a strong interest in technology, systems and very customer driven plus experience of international and channel businesses.
Tarcisio Ribeiro (Non-Executive Director)
Tarcisio has extensive experience in the technology space and has experienced the growth and fall of the dot.com phenomenon. He has worked for Motorola and Tellabs (which recently became Coriant), and throughout his career had positions in sales, PLM and marketing, in Vice President and General Manager roles. He is a seasoned executive and combines his experience with energy, technology acumen and passion. Having lived and worked across different countries, he has had true experience in several different markets across the globe. He enjoys coaching teams, brainstorming ideas and delineating execution plans. A goal oriented leader with high energy level and extensive experience in telecommunications and global markets. Skills and experience include growing business through expansion into new markets, turnaround, restructure and build teams, channel and partnership development, P&L management, market analysis and segmentation, strategic planning, executive relationship development and management & operational optimization.
Martin Hassall (Non-Executive Director)
Martin is the Emerging Markets Chief Risk Officer at RSA Insurance and increasingly understands the challenges and the information that NEDs need in order to perform their roles successfully. His background is strong in technology and finance and he has been responsible for the Market Data Delivery Operation at JPMorgan, the Settlement Systems at UBS and was interim Head of Telecommunications at Robert Fleming via Andersen Consulting. He has a wide range of experience across Enterprise, Operational, Regulatory and IT Risk management with proven delivery in the areas of Programme Management, Management Consultancy, Offshoring, Business Process and Change Management. Pragmatic and collaborative with good inter-personal, motivational and team building skills combined with a good understanding of the financial industry, outsourcing, corporate governance, negotiation and contractual issues. Martin is a senior risk leader, with extensive international experience, who is commercially aware and able to operate at Board level.
Alison Phillips (Non-Executive Director)
Alison is a specialist adviser and lawyer helping businesses to grow to achieve their exit plans with expertise in commercial, shareholding, investment, company, executive remuneration and employment legal aspects. She has advised many technology startups whilst working at PwC, Mazars and Memery Crystal. She is a lawyer with many contacts in the legal and accounting professions, including the Venture Capital Trusts and Angels investment communities. Her skills include the ability to analyse the business situation and conclude the legal, financial and commercial aspects in delivering advice, guidance and results. Prior to being a lawyer Alison worked in the IT industry as an IT Consultant and Database Administrator at Oracle and a programmer at Logica Defence & Aerospace.
